A. Go to Account Information to retrieve your username and password.
- I cannot log in, what may be the problem ?
A. Check if you have the correct username and password.

- Login failure (session cookies may not be supported on your browser)
A. You may have been directed here while trying to log in.
This may be due to several differerent issues.
Try this first: click to relogin. This may fix the problem, as it will try to restart your session automatically by getting information from the regular cookies.
If this does not log you in, then manually log out by clicking "logout" link in the menu, then log in again.
If you are still not able to log in, it could be that your browser does not support session cookies, or has them disabled in the options.
Or you may have a program that blocks session cookies while you are accessing the Internet.
To make sure session cookies are enabled in Internet Explorer:
- go to Tools menu
- go to Internet Options
- select Security tab
- set the security level to Default by clicking "Default Level" button. (same as "Medium Level").
Note: If you have this level set to High, you will not be able to login to it's a friendly match, as session cookies are disabled at this level.
If you're using a program that blocks session cookies, set it so it will accept session cookies from friendlymatch.com
If you were able to log in before, but can't now, we may ask you: what has changed since the last time ? :)
